We would like to wish everyone a very happy new year and lets hope that 2021 will be an improvement on the last year! On an optimistic note, our staff were immunised with the first dose of the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine on the weekend. We are also undertaking training so that when a vaccine is ready to be rolled out in GP surgeries, we will be ready to go. Any updates will be posted here and on our Facebook page.
Due to the enormous number of Covid-19 cases at present, we are asking patients to accept a phone consultation, if at all possible, so that we can keep our face to face visits to a minimum and keep the surgery safe. Baby vaccinations, antenatal visits and baby checks will be progressing as usual. Smear tests appointments can also be taken, especially if you have had a previously abnormal smear or are very overdue.
